Renewed nuclear tensions and rising security challenges in the Indo-Pacific region

The Indo-Pacific region is characterized by a diversity and plurality of actors with conflicting interests. Asia is a composite landscape, it is complex and presents a set of challenges for security and stability. Against the backdrop of North Korean proliferation and the quest for Chinese leadership, the power is being distributed and redistributed around nuclear power.

Through interviews with well-known personalities and experts (American, British, French, Japanese, South Korean and Taiwanese), this programme, guided by a global, transversal and prospective approach, highlights trends in strategic debates. It discusses the programs, doctrines, balance of power and strategies at work.
